1. Informational and planning tool
Neetnomics is an independent research and counselling-planning tool. Information displayed through Neetnomics is provided for informational and planning purposes only. Neetnomics does not guarantee that information is accurate, complete, current, error-free or suitable for a particular counselling decision.
2. Information can be wrong
Despite reasonable efforts to improve and verify data, Neetnomics may contain incorrect information. Possible causes include errors in source documents, outdated information, transcription mistakes, parsing/data-processing errors, college identity errors, course/category/quota mapping errors, calculation errors, incomplete source data, software errors, human error or changes occurring after publication.
Information appearing on Neetnomics must not be treated as confirmation that the information is correct.
3. “AS IS” information
Counselling, college, cutoff, fee, stipend, bond, penalty, seat, score, forecast, prediction and related information is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neetnomics makes no representation or warranty regarding its accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency, availability or suitability.
4. Verify important information
Before making a material counselling, admission, educational, financial or career decision, users must independently verify relevant information from the competent current official source. This applies especially to closing ranks, seat availability and matrices, college/course identity, quota, category, eligibility, fees, stipends, service bonds, seat-leaving/discontinuation penalties, hostel charges, bed counts, joining/reporting requirements, counselling rules and deadlines.
Where Neetnomics and a competent current official source differ, the official source controls.
5. Historical closing ranks and product labels
Historical closing ranks, seat matrices and allotment patterns represent past or point-in-time counselling information only. They do not determine future closing ranks, future seat availability, candidate behaviour, admission probability or allotment.
Any Neetnomics label or classification, including Historical Reach, Within Round 1, Round 2 Opportunity, Round 3 Opportunity, Near Historical Cutoff, Match, Stretch or similar classifications, is a research, filtering or organisational feature. Any predictor, forecast, score, suggested ordering or similar model-based output is an estimate based on available data, user inputs and model assumptions. It can be wrong and is not an official admission probability or guarantee of allotment.
Counselling conditions can change because of new or withdrawn seats, revised seat matrices, rule or eligibility changes, category/quota dynamics, candidate choices, resignations, upgrades and other events that may not be known when an estimate is generated. Do not remove a genuinely preferred option or make a material counselling decision solely because of a Neetnomics prediction or score.
6. Financial information
Fees, stipends, service bonds, penalties, hostel charges and similar information may vary by institution, course, quota, category, admission route, academic year or policy. Users should not make a material financial commitment based solely on Neetnomics.
7. Unknown or missing data
An empty, Unknown, unavailable or Needs Checking value does not mean zero, free, no bond, no penalty or no obligation. It means Neetnomics does not currently display a sufficiently reliable confirmed value.
8. Choice planning
Wishlist, Choices and any allotment-prediction or suggested-order feature are planning tools only. Saving a choice or generating an estimate on Neetnomics does not submit that choice to an official counselling portal. Users remain responsible for entering, checking, ordering, submitting/locking official choices and meeting official deadlines. Predictor outputs should be treated as additional context, not instructions.
9. No liability for incorrect information
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neetnomics shall not be liable for any loss, financial cost, missed opportunity, counselling outcome, admission outcome, penalty, bond obligation or other consequence resulting from reliance on inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, incorrectly mapped, incorrectly calculated or otherwise erroneous information appearing on Neetnomics.
Users accept responsibility for independently verifying material information before acting on it.
10. Maximum aggregate liability
Where liability is established notwithstanding the exclusions above, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neetnomics' total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the specific Neetnomics paid plan giving rise to the claim.
Multiple claims, events or causes of action shall not increase this aggregate limit. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any liability, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. No affiliation
Neetnomics is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by MCC, NBEMS/NBE, NMC, State counselling authorities, colleges, hospitals or universities unless expressly stated.
12. Report an error
If you believe information is incorrect, contactcontact@neetnomics.com. Where possible, include the relevant official source. Neetnomics may correct, update or remove information without accepting liability for previous reliance on an earlier value.
