1. All sales are final
Neetnomics provides digital access to NEET PG counselling research and planning tools. All successfully completed purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund or other monetary remedy is mandatory under applicable law.
Neetnomics does not voluntarily provide refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, purchasing the wrong plan, failure to use or partial use of purchased access, dissatisfaction with information or features, admission or counselling outcomes, changes in cutoffs, official counselling rules, seat matrices, college information, fees, stipends, bonds or penalties, disagreement with or reliance on predictions, forecasts, scores or derived insights, temporary technical problems, or account restrictions caused by misuse.
Where trial access is available, users are encouraged to evaluate the Service before purchasing.
2. No pro-rata refunds
Unused days, unused data or unused functionality do not create an entitlement to a partial or pro-rata refund.
For a Complete 7-day pass, expiry or non-use of any remaining pass time or upgrade credit does not create a refund, cash balance or transferable value. Any promotional upgrade credit is applied only as described at checkout and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Failed payments
A payment that fails or is not successfully confirmed does not create paid access. A temporary debit associated with a failed transaction may be reversed by the applicable bank or payment provider.
4. Payment captured but access not activated
If payment has been successfully captured but purchased access has not activated, contactcontact@neetnomics.com. Neetnomics will ordinarily seek toprovide or restore the purchased access rather than issue a refund, unless a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
5. Duplicate or incorrect debit
If you believe an incorrect or duplicate debit occurred, contactcontact@neetnomics.com with your account email and Razorpay payment/order reference where available. We may investigate the transaction with Razorpay or another applicable payment provider. Investigation of a transaction does not itself guarantee a refund.
6. Mandatory remedies
A refund, reversal or other monetary remedy will be provided where required by applicable law, a binding order of a competent authority, mandatory banking rules, mandatory payment-network requirements, or applicable mandatory payment-provider requirements. Nothing in this Policy excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
7. Cancellation
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Neetnomics paid plans are one-time digital-access purchases and do not automatically renew. There is therefore ordinarily no recurring subscription to cancel.
