Account information
Email address, account identifier, authentication information, and name/basic profile information supplied by Google if you use Google sign-in.
Counselling profile information
NEET PG AIR/rank, category, branch/place/course preferences, fee/bond preferences and other counselling preferences you choose to provide.
State counselling and eligibility information
If you use supported State counselling or eligibility features, we may process the State or counselling pathway you select and eligibility-related information you choose to provide, such as domicile/residence or institutional details, reservation or sub-category attributes, qualification/registration/internship details, and answers to rule-based eligibility questions. We use this information to identify potentially applicable counselling rules, eligibility conditions and planning options. Neetnomics does not make an official eligibility determination.
Saved planning information
Wishlist entries and ordering, selected Wishlists used for Choices, saved Choices, round-planning information, filters, preferences and other saved product settings. Where prediction, forecasting, seat-insight or similar planning features are available, we may also process the inputs used for those features and store or temporarily process generated or derived outputs, such as historical-reach labels, seat insights, scores, estimates or allotment-prediction results.
Payment information
We may store the plan purchased, amount, currency, payment status, Razorpay order/payment identifiers, transaction time and access status/period. Payments are processed by Razorpay and applicable banks/payment networks. Neetnomics does not intend to collect or store full card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, OTPs, internet-banking passwords or equivalent payment credentials.
Support and technical information
If you contact us, we may process your name, email, message and information reasonably required to investigate the request. Technical/error reports may include page URL, browser/device information, viewport information, IP address, session/device identifiers, security/device fingerprints, last-active timestamps and application-error/performance information.
2. How we use information
We may use information to create and authenticate accounts, personalize AIQ/DNB/State counselling information, apply user-provided profile and eligibility inputs to relevant counselling rules, save Wishlists and Choices, generate seat-matrix and historical insights, and, where available, generate model-based scores, forecasts or allotment estimates from your profile, selected Wishlists, choice order and relevant counselling data. We may also use information to operate trial and paid access, verify payments, maintain security, prevent fraud or misuse, apply reasonable device/session limits, respond to support requests, investigate technical/payment/data issues, improve reliability, correct reported data problems and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Some planning features may use automated calculations, rules or statistical/model-based analysis. These features produce informational planning outputs only. Neetnomics does not make official counselling or admission decisions on behalf of users, and an automated output does not determine whether an official authority will allot a seat.
3. Analytics
Neetnomics may use analytics tools to understand general product usage and improve the Service. Where analytics are used, we aim to minimize unnecessary personal information sent to analytics providers.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information.
Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate Neetnomics, including providers such as Supabase, Cloudflare, Razorpay, Google, Sentry, and email/support providers. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, maintain security or defend legal rights.
5. Cookies and browser storage
Neetnomics may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies for authentication, security, session continuity, saved preferences and analytics where applicable. Some browser storage may be necessary for core functionality.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Certain records may be retained longer for payments/accounting, tax obligations, fraud prevention, chargebacks, security, legal disputes or regulatory compliance.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, updating of, or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting contact@neetnomics.com. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing a request.
9. Age requirement
Neetnomics is intended for users aged 18 years or above.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when appropriate.
