1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, purchasing access or using Neetnomics, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge ourPrivacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use a Neetnomics account.
2. Nature of the Service
Neetnomics is an independent NEET PG counselling research, information, comparison and planning platform. Features may include college and course information, historical closing ranks, multi-year and multi-round data, seat matrices and seat-change insights, My View, fees, stipends, service bonds, penalties, rules and eligibility information, college information, Wishlist, round planning, choice organisation, historical/derived insights, scores, forecasts or allotment-prediction tools, and AIQ, DNB and supported State counselling information.
Neetnomics is not an official counselling authority, admission authority, college, university, hospital or official counselling portal. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Neetnomics is not affiliated with or endorsed by MCC, NBEMS/NBE, NMC, State counselling authorities, colleges, hospitals or universities.
3. No admission guarantee
No prediction, forecast, score, probability-like label, historical comparison, recommendation, estimate or other output displayed through Neetnomics is a guarantee, assurance, warranty or promise that you will receive a seat, college, speciality, counselling-round allotment, closing rank, quota or category allotment. Counselling outcomes are determined by the relevant official authorities and applicable rules.
4. Information may be incorrect or outdated
Neetnomics compiles, cleans, structures, calculates, derives and presents information obtained from multiple sources, including official or publicly available materials and, where appropriate, secondary reference sources. Source or provenance information may be displayed where available. Despite reasonable efforts to improve data quality, Neetnomics does not represent, warrant or guarantee that information displayed through the Service is accurate, complete, current, error-free or suitable for your circumstances.
Errors may arise from source-document errors, outdated information, transcription or data-entry mistakes, parsing errors, identity/course/category/quota mapping errors, calculation or software errors, incomplete data, model assumptions, limitations in historical coverage, changes in rules, seat availability or institutional policies, changes after our latest update, or human error.
5. “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”
All counselling, college, cutoff, fee, stipend, bond, penalty, seat, prediction, forecast, score and related information is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neetnomics makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding its accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency, availability or suitability for any particular decision.
6. Independent verification is required
You must independently verify material information from the current competent official source before acting on it.
This includes closing ranks, eligibility, seat matrices and seat changes, categories, quotas, counselling rules, deadlines, fees, stipends, service bonds, discontinuation or seat-leaving penalties, hostel charges, reporting requirements and institution information. Predictions, forecasts and scores should be checked against the current official rules and seat information relevant to your decision rather than treated as an official source. Where Neetnomics conflicts with a current official source, the official source controls.
7. Historical information, derived insights and predictions
Historical counselling information describes past outcomes only. Past closing ranks, seat patterns and allotment behaviour do not determine future outcomes. Labels such as Historical Reach, Within Round 1, Round 2 Opportunity, Round 3 Opportunity, Near Historical Cutoff, Match, Stretch or similar classifications are research and organisational tools.
Any allotment predictor, forecast, score, suggested ordering or similar model-based output is an estimate derived from available historical/current data, the inputs you provide and assumptions in the applicable method. It may be materially wrong because future seat matrices, candidate behaviour, preference orders, eligibility, rules, category/quota dynamics, counselling schedules and other conditions can differ from the data used to produce it. Such outputs are not official admission probabilities, do not guarantee allotment, and should not be the sole basis for adding, removing or ordering an official counselling choice.
8. Financial and college information
Fees, stipends, bonds, penalties, hostel charges, bed counts and other institution-level information may change and may vary by course, quota, category, admission route, academic year, institution or government/institutional policy. Verify material financial information directly with the relevant official authority or institution before making a payment, joining a course, resigning a seat or assuming a financial obligation.
9. User responsibility and official choice filling
You retain full responsibility for your counselling, admission, educational and financial decisions. Neetnomics does not submit, lock, accept, reject or modify official counselling choices on your behalf.
Wishlist, Choices and any predictor or suggested-order feature are planning tools only. Saving information or generating a prediction on Neetnomics does not submit it to MCC, a State counselling authority or another official portal. You remain responsible for reviewing, entering, ordering, submitting and locking official choices correctly and within applicable deadlines.
10. No liability for incorrect information
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neetnomics shall not be liable for any loss, financial cost, missed opportunity, counselling outcome, admission outcome, penalty, bond obligation or other consequence resulting from reliance on inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, incorrectly mapped, incorrectly calculated or otherwise erroneous information appearing on Neetnomics.
This includes consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete closing ranks, college identities, courses, quotas, categories, fees, stipends, bonds, penalties, bed counts, seat information, counselling rules, historical trends, derived scores, forecasts, suggested ordering or prediction outputs.
Users accept responsibility for independently verifying material information before acting upon it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Counselling outcomes
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neetnomics shall not be responsible for failure to obtain an allotment, an undesired allotment, reliance on a prediction or forecast, missed or differently ordered choices, loss of eligibility for a later round, joining or declining an institution, missed official deadlines, institution-imposed fees or penalties, bond obligations, discontinuation penalties, or changes in counselling rules, seat availability or closing ranks.
12. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, use your account primarily for your own use, and not commercially resell or improperly share access. Neetnomics may apply reasonable device or session restrictions and may suspend access for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, payment circumvention, commercial account sharing, unauthorized scraping or redistribution, or serious violations of these Terms.
13. Trial and paid access
Neetnomics may offer complimentary, trial or promotional access for a limited period. The duration, eligibility and functionality of any such access are the terms displayed with that offer and may differ between campaigns. Promotional or trial access may be restricted to prevent repeated or abusive creation and does not guarantee that the same free-access offer will be available in the future.
Expiry of complimentary, trial or promotional access does not automatically create a paid subscription or charge your payment method. Continued access to paid features requires a separate purchase through the applicable checkout. Prices and plan inclusions are shown before purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, Neetnomics plans are one-time digital-access purchases and do not automatically renew.
Current paid options may include AIQ season access, Complete season access, and a Complete 7-day pass. The Complete 7-day pass provides AIQ + DNB and supported State counselling access for seven days from successful payment activation and does not auto-renew. Where a pass-upgrade credit is displayed at checkout, it may be used once per account within seven days of the successful pass payment toward either season plan, cannot be stacked across passes, expires if unused, and has no cash or refund value. Promotional prices may change for future purchases; access already purchased remains unaffected. The price and plan terms shown at checkout at the time of purchase control that purchase.
14. All sales final — no voluntary refunds
All successfully completed purchases of Neetnomics digital access are final and non-refundable, except where a refund or other monetary remedy is mandatory under applicable law.
Neetnomics does not voluntarily provide refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, selecting the wrong plan, failure to use or partial use of the Service, dissatisfaction with information or functionality, counselling or admission outcomes, changes in closing ranks, official rules, seat matrices or college information, temporary technical issues, or account restrictions resulting from misuse.
Where trial access is available, users are encouraged to evaluate the Service before purchasing. TheRefund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms.
15. Failed, duplicate or incorrect payments
A failed payment does not create paid access. If payment is captured but purchased access is not activated, Neetnomics will ordinarily attempt to provide or restore the purchased access. If you believe an incorrect or duplicate debit occurred, contact contact@neetnomics.com. Any refund or reversal required by law or mandatory payment-network requirements will be handled accordingly.
16. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You must not circumvent payment systems, commercially share/resell accounts, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or mass-download protected datasets without authorization, commercially redistribute Neetnomics data without permission, interfere with the Service, upload malicious code or misrepresent Neetnomics as an official authority.
Neetnomics retains applicable rights in its software, interface, original content, research structure, data compilation, data cleaning, identity mapping, derived fields, algorithms, analysis and product functionality. Underlying third-party and official-source content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.
17. Data corrections and service availability
Neetnomics may correct, update, replace, remove or temporarily hide information at any time. Correcting an error does not constitute an admission of liability for prior reliance on an earlier value. Neetnomics does not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, uninterrupted access, availability of every dataset, or permanent availability of any particular feature.
18. Third-party services
Neetnomics may rely on independent third-party providers such as Razorpay, Supabase, Google and Cloudflare. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neetnomics is not responsible for outages, delays, failures, errors or policy changes attributable to independent third-party services.
19. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neetnomics, its proprietor, contractors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive losses or damages, including loss of admission or counselling opportunity, educational opportunity, expected benefit, revenue or losses arising from reliance on inaccurate information.
Maximum aggregate liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Neetnomics arising out of or relating to the Service, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, statute or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user to Neetnomics for the specific paid plan giving rise to the claim.
The existence of multiple claims, events or causes of action shall not increase this aggregate limit. This monetary limitation is a contractual backstop and does not create liability where liability would otherwise be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
20. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
21. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify features, datasets, plans, functionality or these Terms from time to time. Where appropriate, material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date or through another reasonable form of notice.
22. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and the use of Neetnomics shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law and any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be restricted or waived, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, Neetnomics or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bokaro, Jharkhand, India.
Nothing in this clause limits a consumer's right to approach a competent Consumer Commission, court, regulator or statutory authority in any jurisdiction available to that consumer under applicable law.
